Mike, Todd (and your gang)...
I should have written this a couple of months ago after pickup the first Hyosung in Houston area and the first service done. After the 6k miles check up, I just have to brag about you guys directly instead of http://www.alternativecruisers.com , and http://s11.invisionfree.com/HyosungCruisersOz sites. Many thanks for making this dealer experience so pleasurable although I asked too many question, LOL.
The bike runs better and smoother than it EVER has, it's a completely different (and now enjoyable) bike to ride thanks to your work!

Aloha, Mike, This is long overdue, but I feel the need to do some "BRAGGIN". Lets start with the visits to your place of business while on trips to Texas to visit my wife's family. You and your staff was always courteous and helpful with whatever my needs were whether it be a simple question or product needs. My first bike purchase was a 2004 Breva 750 for my wife. This was done long distance, sight unseen and the bike was as advertised. Remarkable job crating and getting the bike to us in Hawaii. When a issue with the rear differential came up and the warrantee was technically expired even though the issue developed before the warrantee expired. ( I neglected to report the issue because I thought I was out of luck because I was in Hawaii with no dealer support here locally). MPH and staff saved the day and got the needed part to us under warrantee and I was able to get it installed by a local motorcycle shop that by chance had a mechanic on staff that was familiar with Moto Guzzi. You even supplied the service manuals to help with info needed for repair. Words cannot express our gratitude with this matter.
My second bike purchase was a like new Rosso Mondello V11 Sport, again sight unseen and crated and delivered to me in Hawaii as advertised. After a minor mishap this past year, Todd and crew responded diligently to help me get OEM replacement parts for this Rare limited edition model. Much Mahalo.
While on a trip to Texas I was hoping to take a ride on the Rosso before it was shipped, but but you folks was so efficient it was already shipped. Mike was gracious enough to let me use a new Stone demo for a couple days so I could get some great Texas riding in.
My wife and I are planning a 2 month tour on our Moto Guzzis this summer, and one of our priorities will be to bring our bikes by the shop to have the MPH crew go over everything and I can rest assured that everything humanly possible will be taken care of so we can enjoy our summer tour.
I am a Lifetime MGNOC member # 5 and my wife is Lifetime # 228. We have owned 10 Moto Guzzis since 1974 and over all I've had good expierences with most Moto Guzzi dealers, but MPH has always gone the extra mile, and rest assured, I'll be back to do business with MPH.
Mahalo, and Aloha, Richard Thibedeau

The Chuck Wagon you sold me is the best thing since sliced bread. I have taken it all over my deer lease and used it to refill the feeders it will carry anything that I can fit into the bed or tie to the head ache rack. I will never own another four wheeler.

On the 9th of May I loaded my 03 Touring on to a borrowed trailer and headed south. It was time to get the valve recall done.
I delivered the bike to Todd and Mike on the 10th. I asked them to do a somewhat late 12K mile service along with the recall and to just check the bike over to see that it had been set-up right.
I picked the bike up a week later in a rain storm. Mike told me he would prefer I take it for a test ride, but in that I could possibly drown doing so he'd let me go without that important step. We did start the engine. We got a quick start with what sounded like less than a complete turn of the engine. We also had absolutely no valve train noise.
I didn't take the bike off the trailer until arriving back home on Monday. I didn't ride it other than to pull it into the garage until yesterday.
Yesterday I rode to work and back. That's an enjoyable 53 mile commute. I was amazed. The bike is smoother and stronger now than it's been. Ever.
Remember the thread on the cracked steering heads? I was convinced mine was okay. It wasn't. I didn't have the big, wide-open cracks that others have posted pictures of, but there were cracks. I hadn't found them with a visual inspection, but the MPH crew, knowing what to look for found them. There were 3 small cracks radiating out from the center. I'd highly recommend that anyone else who has an 03 very carefully inspect that lower steering head.
In addition to the work I was charged for I found that an irritating rattle/buzz that I was getting is now gone. My turn signal indicator light had been so dim that it could only be seen at night is now nice and bright. My shift linkage is tighter that ever before and the change to the outer linkage hole had been done.
I'll probably find other items they took care of, but those are obvious and appreciated ones.
Other notes on the trip, It does rain in Houston. The morning we left there had been people stranded on the highway system in south Houston for hours waiting for the rains to stop and localized flooding to abate.
Pulling a trailer through Dallas isn't fun.
On at least one instance, my guzzi was faster through the curves on a trailer than a harley rider I had to follow.
Goode Company barbecue in Houston is as advertised.
My bill from MPH was a fair price. My bike was certainly improved by visiting their shop. I guess it doesn't get much better than that.
Thanks MPH.
